Get out of your silo

Great innovations happen when disciplines intersect

This event brings people together across roles, disciplines and sectors…engineers, product managers, designers, data scientists, researchers, delivery leads, startup founders, and more.

You’ll hear from practitioners who are actively achieving in their fields—and learn not just what they do, but how they do it. Take what you learn and apply it to the products, services and teams that you work with.

Whether you’re part of a growing startup or a large enterprise, you’ll gain the insights, tools, and connections needed to turn ambitious ideas into practical, scalable solutions — and build better digital products and services together.

Highlights in 2025

  • opportunities to reconnect with people you know
  •  connections with new people and discover companies you want to work for.

FAQs

What is LAST?

LAST exists to raise the levels of people who create digital products and services.

We do this  through in-person events and online learning opportunities

We have grown from grass-roots, collaborative, practitioner origins in the meetup community, with people from small and large organisations, and a wide range of industries participating.

This event will be held on Wurundjeri land. We acknowledge the people and elders of the Wurundjeri of the Kulin Nation who are traditional custodians of this land. We respect the cultural, spiritual and educational practices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We have been signatories to the Diversity Charter for conferences since 2016. For us, this means taking active steps to ensure that the lineup of presenters we have reflects the community we serve. It also means that we seek out under-represented voices and topics for the schedule.
