The historic Abbotsford Convent arts and cultural precinct

We aren't pumping money into a commercial conference venue or a multinational hotel chain. The Abbotsford Convent is a social enterprise and  amazing community arts precinct, that we are proud to have as a venue. We think its spaces are much more stimulating and interesting than a regular conference venue.

Here is a selection of the stimulating spaces that we have selected at our venue at the Abbotsford Convent. We are using the same spaces as last year and adding more spaces, throughout the precinct.

What is LAST?

LAST exists to raise the levels of people who create digital products and services.

We do this  through in-person events and online learning opportunities

In 2024-25, we are focusing on Accelerating Professional Development in The Age of AI.

We have grown from grass-roots, collaborative, practitioner origins in the meetup community, with people from small and large organisations, and a wide range of industries participating.
