Join the Clubhouse

• There will be 2 x 4 hour online LAST Conferences. One in August and one in September. We may add more if there is demand
• They will have a number (this depends of demand) of short sessions taken from submissions and past LAST Conference session leaders
• Access is included for Clubhouse members
• Non-members will be able to pay to join

• Club members will belong to “Chapters”.
• A Chapter is group of “cross-functional” professionals.
• The Chapter is a “Home” within The Club, where you can get to know others more closely.
• There will be Chapter Leads, who are people from the LAST Community e.g LAST city organisers and others who run some regular (online) meetings so that members can get to know each other and also meet new people
• Chapters will also meet during mini-LAST Conference events, as a place to socialise, debrief etc.
• Access to LAST's community discussion features
• Members will be able to host their own Clubhouse events

• Talks will continue on under the LAST Anywhere banner
• Videos of talks will be public for 30 days
• The archive of the talks will be in the Clubhouse
• There will be approximately 4+ talks a month

• The 90-min workshops that are currently part of LAST Anywhere will be housed in the Clubhouse.
• Members will have access to most of these included in their membership. Some workshop sessions may have to small supplement required to be paid to secure a spot.
• There may be limited spots in each 90-min workshop, depending on the nature of the workshop
• Where possible the workshop will repeat if there is demand
• Non-members can join by paying to register, if there is space available
• Current LAST Anywhere members will be transitioned to The Clubhouse and will be able to access the 90-minute workshops.

• The Clubhouse will also be home to some longer form workshops that span a series of weeks e.g Norman Bodek’s Sustainable Leadership course.
• Members will receive a discount to register for the course
• Non-members will be able to pay to register, if there is space available
• There will be discounts to courses available from other experts.

• You will receive a Founding member pack containing:
  • an exclusive Clubhouse "challenge coin"
  • special offers from LAST Conference and LAST Conference Anywhere partners.
• Future offers from our partners
• Founding members will be able to purchase a limited edition Clubhouse t-shirt designed by LAST Conference's designer, Bruce Taylor.

Free Guest Members

As a free guest member, you will gain access to:

•  the most recent LAST Anywhere/Clubhouse talks
• selected full talks on a rotating basis

Recent talks will be available for a limited time for Free Guest Members. Full talks will be rotated.

There will also be previews of the content available in our full archive, such as:

• recordings from our archive of over 30 talks from the LAST Anywhere series
• selected recordings from 1st Conference, Spark the Change and previous LAST Conferences
  
• examples of the Bonus Content available to members, such as talks from Dr. Peter Senge, Professor Henry Mintzberg, John Cutler and more…

Choosing to upgrade to Full Participant allow you to:

This Founding Participant period is a one time cost, designed to replace the 5 in-person LASTs that were due to run in July and August 2020.

For a similar $ to going to a day of LAST, it’s spread over a period of time.

The short answer is, "We don't know". Emergent design! Inspect and Adapt! VUCA! and all that.

We would love to schedule in-person events again, but only when it’s safe. We’ll explore what happens with the Clubhouse idea in the meantime.

It's a possibility that we continue with events and activities in the Clubhouse, for example by running another iteration of the Clubhouse until the end of 2020. We might shift to a different model, depending on what Participants tell us provides value.

We don't want to predict things in advance. Let's see what value we generate in the next couple of months, what the state of the world is in September, and then go from there.
