Ever wondered where to start with an agile transformation? Sometimes we don't know where to start or how to help teams move through their transformation journey. This approach to transformation helps teams learn practices and move up through levels of fluency. Based on the concept of video games, the team is in full control of their journey at each level and as they develop fluency they move through the levels. The approach focuses not only on practice mechanics but also helps teams understand the behaviors associated with each practice. Good fun for teams and creates a proactive coaching approach for transformation leaders.
